No app, no portal, no form. Tell us what the car needs, when, and where. We take it from there.

02 — Collect

A vetted driver arrives.

We hold the spare key. A driver collects from your address at the agreed time. You receive a photo on collection.

03 — Service

We route it to the right hands.

Valet, MOT, garage, tyres, detailing. We work only with partners we would use for our own cars.

04 — Return

The car is back where it started.

Cleaned, fuelled, and photographed on return. A short summary of what was done, and what is next.

Service

Anything the car needs. We drive. We do not spanner. Every job goes to a vetted specialist chosen for the car, not the margin.

Hand wash, interior detailing, paint correction.

MOT & servicing

Main-dealer and specialist networks.

Tyres & wheels

Do you hold my keys?

On Marque and Collector, yes — we hold the spare, stored securely and logged every time it moves. On Cadet you keep both keys; we collect from you at each job.

Which services do you cover?

Valet, MOT, servicing, tyres and wheels, fuel, detailing, and ad hoc errands. We drive only. Every physical job is carried out by a vetted specialist partner.

Where do you operate?

London and the home counties. If a job needs a specialist further afield, we coordinate the journey — you still only speak to us.

How are costs billed?

Membership is a fixed monthly or annual subscription. Job costs pass through at what the partner charges us, settled on one monthly invoice. No mark-up on parts or labour.

Can I add more cars later?

Yes. We will confirm any tier change on WhatsApp before anything is charged. Collector allows additional vehicles beyond the base five at a flat monthly rate.

What if something goes wrong?

A human takes over. The AI routes to the team the moment anything needs judgement — a price, a timing change, a decision about the car. You are never handed off to a script.

How do I cancel?

Message us. Monthly members cancel at the next billing date; annual members continue to the end of the paid year. Outstanding job costs are settled on the final invoice.

What about Sale & Acquisition?

We source, inspect, negotiate, and deliver. Fees are agreed in advance for each transaction and disclosed on the invoice.
