Is Écurie a workshop?
No. No mechanical work is done in-house. The value is the relationship and the access, not a garage under its own roof.
What is included in membership?
Every plan starts the relationship: servicing and MOT coordination, driver collection and return, and your concierge on WhatsApp. The scope varies by plan. The standard does not.
Do you hold my keys?
Yes. A spare key, held securely. Every movement is logged, and nothing leaves without a photo on collection.
How quickly will I hear back?
Messages are answered around the clock.
Where do you operate?
London and the home counties. If a job needs a specialist further afield, we coordinate the journey — you still only speak to us.
How are costs billed?
Membership is monthly by default, or annually at a discount. Job costs are settled on one monthly invoice: the work you asked for, nothing more. Driver dispatch is billed per journey.
What about breakdown cover?
Écurie coordinates scheduled, proactive care. Members keep their existing breakdown and recovery cover.
Can I add more cars later?
Yes, at any point, at a flat monthly rate. The price tracks the work.
How do I cancel?
Message us. Monthly members cancel at the next billing date; annual members continue to the end of the paid year. Outstanding job costs are settled on the final invoice.
Is Écurie open to everyone?
Yes. It starts with a message. We keep the number of members managed, so every car gets the attention it deserves.
