Hallmarque (London) Ltdtrading as "Ecurie"

1. About Us

These Terms govern use of the Ecurie service operated by Hallmarque (London) Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1 Ecurie provides a technology-enabled concierge and booking service that:

  • identifies and arranges third-party automotive services (e.g. servicing, repairs, fuelling, logistics);
  • coordinates vehicle collection and return via independent contractors; and
  • facilitates payments between users and third-party providers.

2.2 Ecurie does not itself perform any automotive, transport, or repair services.

2.3 Ecurie acts as a disclosed booking agent for third-party providers. All services are supplied by independent third parties, not by Ecurie.

3. No Agency or Employment

3.1 Third-party service providers and drivers are independent contractors.

3.2 Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • an employment relationship;
  • a partnership; or
  • a general agency relationship beyond limited booking facilitation.

4. Payments

4.1 Users pay Ecurie:

  • a recurring membership fee; and
  • the full cost of third-party services.

4.2 Ecurie:

  • collects payments as payment collection agent for providers;
  • remits supplier fees onward.

4.3 Ecurie is not a regulated payment service provider and does not provide safeguarding of funds.

5. Key Handling and Vehicle Custody

5.1 Users acknowledge that:

  • vehicles may be collected, transported, and handled by third-party contractors;
  • keys may be held temporarily by such contractors.

5.2 All risk in relation to vehicle custody, transport, and storage lies with the user and/or relevant third parties.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecurie:

  • does not guarantee quality, timing, availability, or outcome of services;
  • does not warrant that services will meet user expectations;
  • is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers.

6.2 The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

7. Liability

7.1 Nothing excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • any liability which cannot be excluded under English law.

7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, Ecurie shall not be liable for:

  • loss of or damage to vehicles;
  • theft, delay, or service failure;
  • indirect or consequential loss (including loss of use, profit, or opportunity).

7.3 Liability Cap: Total liability of Ecurie shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

8. Insurance

Ecurie does not provide insurance. Users must ensure adequate:

  • motor insurance;
  • third-party coverage;
  • any additional cover required.

9. User Obligations

Users must:

  • provide accurate vehicle and contact information;
  • ensure vehicles are roadworthy unless disclosed;
  • maintain valid insurance at all times.

10. Cancellations & Subscription

10.1 Membership is cancellable on a monthly basis.

10.2 Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

10.3 Third-party service cancellations are subject to provider terms.

11. Data & Communications

Users consent to communication via:

  • WhatsApp;
  • email;
  • other digital channels used by the platform.

12. Termination

Ecurie may suspend or terminate access where:

  • misuse occurs;
  • payments fail;
  • risk or legal exposure arises.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
